Shipping policy

The prices indicated on our website do not include delivery charge. The actual delivery costs will be shown in an order during checkout and invoiced in addition to the price of the products. Orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be additionally subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are the customer's responsibility.

No VAT will be charged to Customers from outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area ordering the delivery of the products outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The European customers registered for VAT purposes in the countries outside of European Union and whose purchases are qualified as intra-EU acquisition may be entitled for zero VAT rate. This kind of transaction is available only for registered customers and subject to verification by our customer service. Exoneuro reserves the right to modify the prices at our discretion for any products before you place and complete your order.

Special price and various discounts (like Super Price, SALE, etc.) may be applicable from time to time for deliveries to some or all countries.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be indicated separately in your order and vary by country of destination, customs conditions, value of the order and weight of the shipment.

All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days.

The goods will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Please note that orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are your responsibility.

Exoneuro offers a complete track and trace service for all of your orders. The tracking number and the name of courier’s company are provided in an email with shipment information from Exoneuro. You can track the order on the web-sites of the courier’s company.

Bear in mind that EMS post provides tracking information only while the parcel is moving in the country of sender. As soon as the parcel leaves that country the customer should track this parcel with the local web-site of the receiving country.
